If paying by credit card, the application is a two-step process. Step 1 is the Payment Transaction and STEP 2 is the MJFS Camp Application.

    STEP 1 Payment process

Once you complete the payment transaction, you will receive a Transaction ID in an e-mail confirmation. Please note your Transaction ID, as it is required in STEP 2.

All fields are required. Once you submit the application, you will receive a confirmation via email confirming your application has been submitted.
